Success Stories

“We are now finally coming close to reaching our pre-economic collapse billing levels, and anticipate adding additional administrative and professional staff when moving into our larger office space this Spring.”

-- Patricia Kahn

Kahn & Co.,Commerce Twp.

A CPA since 1987, firm founder Patricia Kahn had been long established in the home building, construction, and real estate development industries, an area that peaked in 2005. With business plummeting even further the last two years, Kahn, with extensive experience in State of Michigan audit programs, found a new niche when the film incentives passed, auditing one of the program’s very first films, The Job. Steady growth has occurred since, consisting of varied audit and tax work, including one California film company’s recurring tax needs, beyond its film incentives requirements.
